If you are unsatified with any service we perform. I personally will review the situation with you on-site at no cost. if we cannot come to a consences I will at your choice make it right or refund the cost of service.
If you are dissatified with any aspect of doing business with L.S.A. Marine. it is very important that I understand why so I effectively address the issue. I consider complete customer satifaction to be absolutly essential for the sucess of L.S.A. Marine and customer feed back is the best gauge.
L.S.A. Marine will not take a job unless we can do it in a workman-like and professional manner. We are craftsmen and will not knowingly do inferior or unsafe work. We don't back-away from tough challanges, solving difficult problems is an everyday job at L.S.A. Marine.
As a large percentage of our work is major refit, we carry the right tools and parts needed for most of the work situations we encounter on a day to day basis. We charge only for the time we spend working, not travel time to and from the Job within our day area.
